i tested now zenmuse. You can not combare this with brushless gimbals :-( But for the price brushless gimbals are ok i think.

its clear that you cannot remove the up and down bumps but maybe he meant the vibrations occur because of your footsteps. you can also see this in your video you posted. look at the left or right edge you will see some oszillation.

If you use 0.01 because its the only option what really helps out its seems like you have a problem with your vibration dampening ( maybe to soft etc etc)

2nd IMU above Yaw Motor
I tried 2nd IMU Above Yaw and found out it helps Yaw axis. But when you turn arround in non follow mode just once Pitch and Roll Axis loosing resolution. (more than 0.12 degrees error) I am thinking about changing back to IMU below YAW.

Answer from Alex : All depend on gyro calibration quality. 10 minutes is big enough time to have up to 10 degrees of drift, and it may increase in case of vibration, temperature changes. But from other hands 10degre drift for camera IMU is not big…
