RC inputs not reaching motors

    I am creating my first 3 Axis gimbal using a wefly board (no longer in production) and some T-motor brushless motors, the gimbal can kinda stabilise, just needs some refining but it doesn't respond to RC input. I can see my RC values being changed in the GUI so they are receiving inputs from my transmitter they're just not affecting the motors at all. Any ideas on what could be the cause of this?
