Boot Profile Not Last one used and not #1 ?
OK I understand the logic. The startup profile WILL be the last one you WRITE from SimpleBGC. So if you want to always start in Profile 1, Write that just before disconnect. I tested this and it works. Try it.

Stop Gimbal Rolling Slightly when in Follow Mode
kikojiu thank you for posting that video from a while back. You for sure have a very good understanding of SimpleBGC and AlexMos. I was looking for this for a long time. As understanding the correlation between PID and Realtime was always hard to un…

Boot Profile Not Last one used and not #1 ?
I'm not crazy, happened again. It has to do with software USB connection. If I connect and work on Profile 2, then disconnect and power down, and power up, it's in Profile 2. If I then change to profile 1 with the button and power down. Th…

Yaw Roll combination oscillation
Balance has to be spot on. Can you roll it with motors off and it stays where you let go? If not keep working on it. Next, look at redoing the ACC cal. May be that. Also, try it without Follow Mode on. If you can get it stable without follow mode, t…

When I shoot in a vehicle it is so smooth. But hand held is a bit rougher, I should work on settings for tilt (pitch) to help counter the up down motion from human walking. Still, some mechanism to counter human locomotion would help. I have seen so…

I agree, not much of any up down. Your arms and legs must be very good at absorbing that. Even your talent's head is moving up and down when she walks....LOL. What's your technique?no post right?

Follow Pitch Roll Yaw on version 2.3b5
Make sure you check all other controls - RC Control is all off in that profile. Usually it's a mistake in one setting conflicting with another follow setting.

Stop Gimbal Rolling Slightly when in Follow Mode
I was able to correct for this in 2.2b. I kept adjusting the settings, deadband, expo, PID and it went away. I was not sure what I did to stop it. Sorry that probably does not help, but I did get it to stop.

Just for walking - In footage you see up down motion of steps. We need to find a way to eliminate that unwanted motion. I have a pair of inline skates I am going to dust off too.

Help for my Gimbal
Hi, mine is similar. Depends on load of camera and you need perfect balance and good ACC calibration. Then from defaults, more power to YAW. 150-200. ROLL and PAN power 75-150. PID 10-15/ .1-.3/10-30 for a Canon DSLR with prime lens.
