How to reset gimbal

Can someone tell me how to reset this gimbal ? It shakes and quivers from a new setup, wont acknowledge and calibration changes, so I am hoping a reset will help.

Erase EEPROM. save settings first. You do not tell what board you have, not sure if this was available on 8bit/older FW.

Be sure to use same FW and GUI number.
