Sensor is not connected

    My 8bit board came in today from funtobuyonline. So far I been able to connect to the board, I was able to upgrade firmware to current version 2.40b7. I am able to change settings and see that the board takes the change. My snag is the board not seeing the imu(s). I have tried a total of three different imu boards. One from the kit and two from martinez kits. The connections from the board is gnd, 5v, sda, scl to the imu in that order. I have tried different wire jumpers, added a ferrite core to the line; nothing. It looks like I have the lastest controller board that comes with the buzzer attached. I updated firmware via the gui. I am very mindful not to plug/unplug imu with power applied. This model came with the 3 axis board, which I have disabled. Did I need to jumper anything if im not using the third axis?

    Are the components R9 and L1 next to connector P4 ok, they look a bit strange on the image.

    Good eye Garug! R9, L1, and R8 under the speaker have no components. Solder was laid down but no components. I emailed those concerns to funtobuyonline. Here are somewhat better pixs

    I am still trying to verify which board I have. It takes the offical firmware... but I have yet to see pixs of of boards similar to mine yet.
