I am looking for a BLE module that can be easily attached to the SimpleBGC controller board. I am looking for something that is BLE 4.2 or BLE 5.0. I think BaseCam sells similar ones, but I got the impression they are BLE 4.0 Does anyone know what version of BLE they use? Can anyone recommend a source of ready-to-go modules with BLE 4.2 or BLE 5.0 (preferably with BT classic mode as well)? It seems easy to find 4.2 chips, but you have to do some work to make them work with the board and I'm trying to avoid that if at all possible. I've seen some Chinese ones, but getting any kind of documentation on them is really hard.
