Very slow reaction on pitch

Hi guys,

i am trying to tune the PID starting from PITCH only. I belive i found the right values but each time i pitch the gimbal forth or back the motor reacty VERY slow. Its like it takes 0.5 or 1 second until the board checks that i have pitch the gimal and then it trys to correct the camera. Any suggestions ?
