Different issue every time I start up

After months of frustration , re setting, re calibrating, watching numerous videos. TWO things still are a problem.
ONE - almost every time the gimbal is powered up it acts differently, ( various shakes and vibrations, indicating out of tune). sometimes moving violently in all axis.
TWO -Gimbal will not stop rolling during panning. This also is intermittent, and in both normal, and follow mode. the roll varies from minor (3-4 degrees) to significant ( 15 20 degrees).
I have completed several auto tunes , as well as re calibrating the IMU, and re positioning to ensure it is lined up with all the axis.
Also, the roll indicator in the GUI does not move during the roll ?? It does not think the gimbal is rolling!!
Is it possible that the sensor is defective? -

Check your gimbal for gaps in the joints. Also increase hardness of your gimbal.
