yaw oscillating after update to 2.40b7
I just noticed something: I had a lower value in the acceleration limiter and faced the same oscillations. Then doubled the value and they oscillations were gone. Can you check?

Yaw Axis value range in 2.40b7 is simply broken
Okay, now I am completely lost. In Speed mode, with low values like SpeedMultiplier=3 everything works, even with reasonable PID value compared to the roll/pitch. It is the higher speeds - and the RC mode would be the extreme of that - where I am ge…

Yaw Axis value range in 2.40b7 is simply broken
I did what the video has shown. Set P=0; I=0; D=0 and start increasing the power value. 80 seems to be a good value with enough torque to hold the camera no matter how fast I move. So 80 it is (tried with 120 as well). Now I increase D until there a…

Yaw Axis value range in 2.40b7 is simply broken
Roll and Tilt are working perfectly with reasonable values, e.g. P=7, D=5. Yaw is stable as long as there is no signal and no fast movement. If I increase the P value the overshooting gets from bad to worse. I have none of these problems in the o…

You are not getting the point - it never moves to the target position, it keeps oscillating around it. And the higher the P value gets, the worse it gets.

Yaw Axis as pure Servo
There is a reference, the power applied to each motor pole. There is no reference if you assume the YAW axis should remain stable in relationship to earth, but if in relationship to the copter... Then you can ignore the Gyro altogether or, like I su…

Yaw Axis as pure Servo
I have been playing with the YAW axis in different modes, the drift is unacceptable. One degree per minute means the camera is looking somewhere else entirely within 15 minutes. If you are flying with a copter and you want the camera to be static no…

Lock On
I would believe that such a feature has to be done outside the gimbal. For that to work you need to be able to specify the POI objects position in relation to the current position of the gimbal (distance and angle) and then know where the gimbal is …

Yaw Axis as pure Servo
Well, a poti is not really needed in a simple implementation because you control the motors. Let's make it very simple and assume that the controller simply leaves the power on the motor windings constant. In that case the motor will not turn. …

AlexMos Mini board and serial input
The normal Alex Mos board has RX,TX,GND Pins for a second UART, aside from using the USB. The Mini-Board does not, it has 6 RC Connectors only. My question or request is, can two RC connectors be remapped to be used as the second UART?

Meaning this truly is a bug, yes?
