RC pitch control not working now??

Pitch control just stopped working for some reason, My fpv cam will stop moving if Y harness is plugged in to the Bruigi board and cam if I unplug the RC pitch from controller the FPV servo will work again not sure what's going on here
Help please? -
I guess I my have a bad board. I just check the outputs on the board for the RC and I'm getting .16 volts on the signal side of the RC pitch the FC signal has 5v on signal side of the outputs. Not sure why this is. I don't think this is suppose to be that way.

Correction it's the inputs not outputs on board.
