Beholder MS1 Gimbal problem

My Gimbal has decided to move in crazy directions or not at all. I think I need to reset?? I have my gimbal connected to my computer and my SimpleBGC window open. Apart from I don't know very little about these things, I'm trying not to panic as I have a wedding to shoot in a few hours, can anyone help? Sorry for the lack of knowledge.

Ensure that all connectors are on place. When computer is connected, press motors off. Move the camera with hand, does the indicators on right move logically. If they do, then ensure motor connections.
If you have joystick, ensure it is properly connected. You could try to disconnect joystick from GUI, i.e. set that nothing is connected on RC pitch and Yaw.
Before you change any settings, save the profiles, and save the EEPROM.
