green led flashes quickly only when flying.

i have a problem and need some help please.
The green led on my board flashes very fast while my copter is flying. When i land it stops the fast blinking. On the bench no I2c errors. What could be the cause? Stabilization looks ok but i have some jitters every once in a while...

How have you powered the gimbal. If I use flight battery, I power via balancer port. it provides much cleaner electricity.
