How to make "Simple" or "Advanced" calibration

I wonder how I make "Simple" or "Advanced" calibration. The manual says, I don't have to press WRITE. Simple question: how can the board know whether I make only "Simple" calibration and finish after the first step, or whether I make an "Advanced" calibration and after the first step, 5 more steps will follow?

I think it is saved after each step. However I would hope better feedback on GUI of the calibration process.
