New original Board, only solid red LED after connect to USB

    Hi,
    i have a new original Board. But only the red LED is solid after connect to USB. I can't connect. I cant Update Firmware.
    when i plug it in to USB i can see COM Port 13 is comming up in device Manager.

    do i Need to force a Firmware update? how can i do it?

    Same problem, red led and not able to connect after updating with wrong firmware.

    there are instructions in the manual for recovery. For the 32bit version you can find it on page 38 of the manual. I am not sure about 8bit. maybe it's the same?

    but 32 bits of board has no Reset counter(switch), has the same(identical) problem how I am able to do the board
    back place?

    1. Disconnect any power source, USB cable.
    2. Close (set) FLASH jumper on board (attach jumper to 2 pins marked as 'FLASH', shorting them)
    3. Connect board to PC by USB cable
    4. Run GUI, select COM port (but don't connect!) and go to "Upgrade firmware" - "Manual" tab
    DO NOT PRESS "CONNECT" IN THE GUI, IF JUMPER IS CLOSED! If pressed, you need to repeat all
    steps from the beginning.
    5. Choose firmware file (*.hex or *.bin format).
    6. Select board version:
    • v.3.x (32bit) through Virtual COM Port – for a regular 32bit board
    • v.3.x (32bit) through USB in DFU mode – for a “Tiny” 32bit version
    7. Press "FLASH" button and wait for process to be finished.
    8. Open (remove) FLASH jumper.
