Motor continue to spin and does not go back to zero

    I have a V1.1 8-bit board and a 14 pole motor (Smallest I can find). After calibration, once the IMU is tilted the motor moves but never goes back to its original position, and after a while motor starts to drift and keeps going at very slow speed.

    Our system this is stabilisation system and firmware shoud receive feedback from IMU, whose position is changed by the rotation of the motor. Also, you need to disable unused motors outputs, just switch output mode to "disabled".
    In your case you has a one axis gimbal, and your IMU should be placed to the rotor of motor: https://clip2net.com/s/48JskFb
    Because it's difficult to predict the posiiton of the motor, when the system doesn't receive feedback from IMU when the motor is rotating.
