Speed of motor won't change

    Hello,

    I am new to this and trying to change the speed that my motor is going at, it is connected to the YAW output and has an encoder (AS5048A). The firmware I am using is 2.63b0.

    Motor model: IPOWER MOTOR GBM8017-120T BRUSHLESS GIMBAL MOTOR - https://www.iflight-rc.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=25_35&product_id=19

    Any ideas why when I change the speed parameter in RC settings that the speed of the motor doesn't change? Is there some other parameter I need to adjust, there are a lot of options so I am a bit confused...

    Hello,
    If I understand you correctly, you are trying to control the motor with our controller as with ESC.
    Our system this is stabilisation system. You can't just manupulate rotation speed with our controller.
    Rotation speed depends of error signal by which the system is trying to return gimbal axis to the right position.
    In other words, the ability to control the motor in speed mode is the ability to operate axis of the gimbal in this mode.
