stall on roll??

hi, I installed three pwm encoders on ipower 6208 150t.
the firmware is 2.62 b2 trial.
The gimbal works perfectly. no encoder error on "request state". no stall.
when I rotate the roll axis to the left, down (about 25 degrees), the locked roll unlocks. this does not happen with the rotation to the right.
What could be the problem?

I solved the problem. I have improved the alignment of the encoder with the magnet
