Basecam system with GPS

Is it useful to add a GPS to the basecam system?

Yes, you can do that currently by using the FC connection options, so you will need a FC with GPS.

why?
Basecam board does not currently support any direct GPS connection, but via FC that has GPS you can have it, but do not see much use for handheld gimbal unless used on fast moving and accelerating platform.
Via FC, the FC uses the GPS for horizon levelling and provides the horizon level for BaseCam, so it is not any way a GPS connection but FC connection BaseCam has.
