Using 2S LiPo with 32-bit board?

    Hi there,

    I'm a little bit new to the entire gimbal controllers world so please bear with me.

    I understand that the specification for the 32-Board SimpleBGC says to use a 3S-5S battery, however I am wondering if I can use a 2S LiPo to drive the board and motors? The system I'm using comes with a 2S (5400mAH) LiPo and says to only use those types of batteries with it, so do you think I can get away with driving it off a 2S (7.4V I believe)?

    System ? Probably the system provider has taken care of that, and no need to worry if it works.

    You'd better use a 3s -5s battery, like 4s battery(http://www.genstattu.com/4s-14-8v-lipo-battery.html) is Ok, but if you use 2s lipo battery, I'm afraid your motors will not work normal.

    This gimbal is using a 2S battery
    , works pretty well :)

    But you need additional electronics.
