I have a lot of problem to give a good 12V to my gimbal !!! ( DYS 3 axis for gopro with alexmos )

My config is a lipo 4 S to power my multirotor X8 >> I use a step-down 12V 500ma from Pololu.com (http://www.pololu.com/product/2846 ) and just after I have an LC filter from Team-black-Sheep ( http://team-blacksheep.com/products/...onmodelcfilter )

After the LC Filter I would like to power the dys gimbal and the fpv camera ( the only two things which uses 12 V. ). But when powering on with my 4S lipo, the gimbal stays off, and the camera too., If I connect only the camera, it's OK, If I connect only the gimbal, it's OK too ....

I think the step-down with 500ma is not enought ???

What step-down are you using to power the gimbal with 12 V.
And how many Amps. needs the gimbal to work correctly ?
