SimpleBGC on Ubuntu

hey folks!

I tried to run the SimpleBGC (run the run.sh as executable file) software on my Ubuntu System (12.04), but I can't get it to work, i.e. display the GUI. I browsed the web to find any documentation on how to make it work, but sadly I couldn't find any hints.
