YAW Axis Limited Range of Motion

Hello
I have a limited range of motion on my YAW axis while using an encoder . I made a video documenting this. The YouTube video did not work, so I uploaded in this Google drive instead:

Hello. Have same problem. Have you fix it?
If i turn off the encoder, the restriction on rotation disappears. If I turn it on, it rotates up to 50 degrees. No more.
