SimpleBGC 32bit Extended Burn Problem!!

I wanted to use uart communication then i desolderd two resistors.
then extended board be burned as soon as serial pin(5v,gnd,tx,rx) be connected with Rasp (TTL - USB) and connected 3Cell Lipo Bat to BAT PIN.

i think must be followed firstly extended board be connected with Lipo BAT, secondly serial pin with Rasberry pi through TTL - USB.

right? if not, please let me know exact manual.
