Motor angle limit and shaking

Hi, guys.
I am using these motors(GBM4108H-120T Gimbal BLDC Motor) as my gimbal motors and Basecame simple bgc (alexmos 32bit) controller.
When i tried to operate my gimbal, it worked on a pitch of less than 25 degrees well.
However it doesn't work toward an angle over 25 degrees it doesn't work properly, continuously shaking themselves.
Would there be any one to help me solve this problem?

Hello,
Try to check balance of gimbal, the gimbal should be balanced with the camera installed (or any load instead the camera).
And check gimbal hardware: motors should rotate freely, the cables should not prevent of free movement of gimbal frame parts.
