Gyro data is totally out of WHACK

Hi, i got it all managed to install the latest FW (SimpleBGC_2_40b8.hex)
Board version says 1.0
My problem is as follows: the Gyro data are compelete and utter trash except for the Z axis
I hit Calibrate.gyro like 20 times now but there is no improvement
The values for x and y are randomly somewhere, now x look ok, but it jitters and y is -70009 and jitters there
is there any way to reset the calibration? -
If motors were turned OFF before ACC and GYRO calibration, they keep their state after calibration finished (otherwise it was problem to make fast 6-axis calibration)
