Pitch speed mode not working

I have my gimbal linked to a pixhawk 2.1 over serial using the new Herelink unit . 'point camera here' is working fine. Unfortunately the Herelink controller only has center sprung knobs. Ive tried selecting speed mode in RC control but it just behaves like angle mode. Any advice please.

Pixhawk linked to gimbal by MavLink protocol has only one command to control gimbal, that sends setpoint angles. Setting speed mode in SBG32 GUI will not have any effect for this command. The only solution is to disable control from Pixawk and setup control by RC data (it may be transparently passed from your RC to the gimbal controller via Pixhawk, or connected by the Y-cable to the SBGC32 controller directly).
