    I'm having issues with support. They don't seem to know anything about the 4096 encoder board they sell. It's incredibly frustrating to buy a product that has no support documentation, and they have support know nothing about it either.

    Same with me! I have purchased some 4096's and having difficulty mounting them including the magnets as there is no meaningful documentation or sources of information.
