3 axis mini basecam controller burn when connect with usb and lipo battery

Please help.
My 3 axis mini basecam controller burn the Mosfet near power jack ( Mosfet is : 4407A - GA5Y4)
did you know one more than component electric burn, if I replace Mosfet ?
and now, when I plug to usb, some motor is vibrate.
Please show me, how to fit with many thanks.
