2 axis Gimbal doing To and Fro Motion Very slow speed

My 2 axis Gimbal is doing to and fro motion at a very low speed and also in basecam Gui The Response of the gimbal movemmt is very slow Gimbal is tilted while Roll Graph changes direction very slow
