beholder ds1 not working

    Hello,I have a beholder ds1(not ikan),
    And when I got it,a weird thing happened.the gumball is on,green light is on,and all the battery are charged,but it stayed like a stone,not moving.
    I got told that is was the firmware,half written,that is why is not working.so does any one know how can I force a firmware in and to let the final work?

    I tried to connect to simple BG THING,but it just won't connect after 1hour.
