red and green light flashing

hi guys so i've just finished building my gimbal i've used the BaseCam SimpleBGC 8-bit Set and when i turn it on for the fiest time npthing happens just red and green light keep flashing here's a picture of the wiring hope it helps http://imgur.com/xLB8jw6 http://imgur.com/k9slDyj and when i plug it to my computer the green and red light keep flashing

problem solved it's the usb plug in the board
