Simple question - Wiring encoders into tiny

I am struggling to get my head around the documentation.

I have a simple tiny 32bit bought from this website and ec45en motors with AS5048A encoders built in.

Where do the encoders connect to the tiny board? I can not find a definitive answer. There are some diagrams on the PDFs but it is not clear what goes where (there are too many acronyms I don't understand!)
