problem used encoder with AMT203 in axis YAW and AS5048B PWM in axis Roll

I have the following problem when using an encoder 203 AMT for the YAW axis and a PWM AS5048B for the ROLL axis. These two encoders share the same input, the FC-ROLL, PWM for AS5048B and CS Y for AMT203 encoder. To my application I need the YAW axis continuously rotate 360 degrees, so I'm using the AMT203. It would be possible to reprogram the CS R input, AUX 1, to use CS Y
