Arris ZHAOYUN 3 Axis Brushless Gimbal Motors will not activate

    I can’t seem to get the motors to working. It connects to the software fine. The motors just won’t move.

    Please, send us screenshots of Basic and Advanced tabs of the GUI. And place here.
    In the GUI there is button MOTORS ON/OFF. Do you push this button with the battery connected?
