Hi Guys

Im not very tech so bare with me

During an upgrade my board crashed and i lost all motor response and connectivity

Now it is stuck on firmware 0.0 and i cannot get it to upgrade.
I have no USB just bluetooth connection and im usuing mac. can Anyone help me in how to resolve this and get some movement out of this
