cant find firmware hex file on this site.????

    can someone help me find a firmware hex file to 32-bit board lattest firmware 2.50b3 im so lost this site is shit confusing and doesn't have what it needs.

    I am having trouble flashing my Arris gimbal. When I did a firmware upgrade, the SW no longer allowed my gimbal to connect. It will read that its connected in the port, however, when i click connect, it times out overtime.

    Also, is there a HEX file so that i can flash it to an earlier firmware. Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
