    USB cable is not connected - (A red light flashes per second)
    USB cable connected - ( 4 times flashing red light)
    not connected to the program
    no reaction motors
    How do you think

    More likely you have Chinese imitation but not original BaseCam controller. Attach pictures of your board to this topic.
