Error writing parameters when write paras to borads.

hi all,
when I modified the POWER and wrote it to board ,I got a error message "Something goes wrong when writing parameters: No confirmation on writing configuration of adjustable variables".
Has anybody met this before ? PLEASE HELP!
My board is 32bit simpleBGC ,My GUI version is 2.49b, I connect board to PC using USB -
What is the FW version, use same GUI and FW version
