Higher D than P Value

I saw this video http://youtu.be/3K1plNpScB4 and don't understand why this guy is using lot higher D than P Values and getting good results with it.
He also using very low I- Values.
Combared what you get from Autotune its completely different.
Can someone explain me the idea of it?

there hiy and low pid that will work for every setup if you tune manually you woúld have seen that .
my opinion auto tune makes it simpler to set up but there is no substitute for hard work!
