CAME-TV Optimus Problem .encoder IMU mismatch.
As I can see, instruments show that camera is tilted up, but camera is leveled. You need to calibrate IMUs and also calibrate encoders. They both need to give same results

Dual motors connection ?
If you wire both motors the same they will fight each other. You need to wire motors in opposite order. For example, if first motor is connected in order 1-2-3 , second motor needs to be connected in 3-2-1 order. You can double check by connecting o…

More info on "Magnetic linkage of a motor" feature?
I read in manual that this feature can work only if exact speed of motor is known (from 2nd IMU or encoders). After adding encoder on yaw motor I still cannot use this functionality. AUTO function finds value for pitch and roll but not for yaw. Did…

2.56b2, yaw follow doesn't work as before
Yep, I use the latest firmware on all my handheld gimbals. I never do these fast yaw movements on the ground. Even if it skips I can always manually turn camera to neutral position. But this problem prevents me upgrading all of my multirotor gimbal…

I tried 2.59b3. Problem is still present. Thanks, I'll check for new beta versions and report if it fixes this problem.

2.56b2, yaw follow doesn't work as before
Yaw holds great when there are no fast movements. Problem occurs only when I rotate multirotor more quickly. Yaw skip steps and doesn't return to neutral. At this point I have to land any manually move camera to neutral. When I was using 2.50b3…

2.56b2, yaw follow doesn't work as before
I like 2.56b9 because it gives better stability on pitch and roll, gimbal is stable in any position. Half of year passed since I reported this bug so I thought this is solved in some beta versions. I upgraded to the latest beta firmware 2.59b3 but…

2.56b2, yaw follow doesn't work as before
Yep, RC gives much better results but I use it on multirotor, and I don't have slip ring on yaw...... That is why I have to use follow yaw. Tried every combination of follow yaw settings, even tried to drastically change values. Couldn't s…

Yes, problem is only present in follow mode. No matter what settings I use I cannot have stable yaw as before. Even with proven settings from 2.50b2 doesn't work good. I must say that I noticed improvements of stability in latest version. My g…

Gyroscope temperature compensation, yaw drift
I know about that feature, but I get problem in flight when temperature can change easily. And temperature compensation sounds great, that is just what I needed .... but looks like it doesn't work as it should. No, I don't use joystick, t…

2 IMUs connections
It doesn't matter where you connect your IMU, it is I2C connection. All sensors are connected in parallel. But you need to cut small bridge on Frame IMU and that way it will work with 0x69 address. It is very well explained in manual. To make …

Autotune - What's the definition of stability & precision?
I like higher gains that make gimbal very precise, where angular error is less than 0.1 degree. But higher gains can result some vibrations, specially in some critical positions. As I can understand, precision means smaller angular error, that mea…

Temperature Drift
I use glue to securely attach two IMUs to my gimbal. Breaking glue, doing 6 point calibration, gluing it back is pretty time consuming job. There must be easier solution. I'd rather retune it to get rid of vibrations...

Vibration occurs when battery is full
I tried restarting and it didn't solve vibrations. First I noticed that pitch is vibrating and I fixed it by lowering gains and power for pitch. Second test was much better, only some vibrations from yaw. I want to run yaw motor on higher power…
