no encoder output
Congrats! the 5v from the servo setup should work if you solder the jumper points. if not there will not be any 5v from the pwm pins

I need advice for tuning PID settings
Update your firmware to 2.50b2 and use the auto tuning feature. Make sure your camera is balanced on all 3 axis and the gimbal structure is rigid.

2.50b is it all becoming way too complicated??
how you tried disabling acceleration temperature calibration. From my knowledge, it came on as default when we upgrade from 2.43b9. And 2.40b8 is for 8bit, 2.50b3 is for 32bit. you could have bricked your board.

How do I loop the scripting?
Thanks alexmos! I guess I have to copy and paste my scripts several times as I am using this script to do burn-in tests for my gimbal. So any more efficient method or codes that are going to be added into this scripting language?

Reduce walking motion and Tuning
@jeftavarwijk I am using RP2 from Flygimbal.com , I design the system with rigidity in mind hence after prototyping, we ended up with a system similar to dji ronin where the 3 axis uses sturdy aluminium arms rather then carbon fibre. Carbon fibre te…

Reduce walking motion and Tuning
Thanks for giving good solutions. I and garug have pointed out 1 year ago its the way we walked. the best solution is a 4th axis on a steadicam else most of the time walking motion is hard to counter unless you shuffle your walk. Thanks jeftavarw…

In the forum I don't see the solution to my problem
if it is loaded with 2.3b4, then its a 8bit board. not a 32bit board. Please buy from the authorised sellers in this section next time. Now your 8bit board is bricked with 32bit firmware.

Help with flashing new firmware!
I only see 2 motor outputs so i presume this is a 8bit 2 axis controller. From what you mention that it is version 0.53b4. Most of my encounters/experiences with fakes narrow this down to a replica board. It cannot be updated. you can only used GUI …

you need a FC flight controller for a quad. This can be used to control the gimbal on the quad.

Reduce walking motion and Tuning
Thanks for all the replies. After 5 months I gathered that we really need a 4th axis. I am trying to make a mini 4th axis isometric arm just like the steadicam ones but smaller. Will update here once I prototype one.

Problems with onborad IMU
Yup that is what I meant about the usb debugging with batt connected. So it doesn't work on your board? I really don't think its the cables as they carry signals and current only. Where did you get your board and imu? any pictures?

MÖVI M10
IMO I used M5 before, the only difference I found is their quick release and auto tuning are superb. Other then that the rest are the same provided you make sure your structure, balance and tuning are almost prefect.

Problems with onborad IMU
This is what I found out. When you connect both imu, there is not enough current flow to both imu. You have to connect the board to batt for tuning. That works for me.

Did you go over to advance tab > enable frame IMU at bottom left sensor box? In the video I do not see your frame IMU? is it integrated in the controller board?
