Gimbaled model rocket motor mount? Anyone here has done something like that?

    Hi all,

    Let me jump right in with a question:
    Has anyone attempted to gimbal model rocket motor mounts for rockets with diameters of ~100mm and larger? That is what I am attempting as I rekindle my model rocketry hobby from the 80s. (Yes, I'm getting old). :-)

    Not practical at all ! BGC needs a IMU on the camera or device you are stabilizing & BGC controller! all you need a servo Motor that do not need IMU on the gimbal just simple gyroscope! servo motor without gears Example: RMD-L-40 SERIES SERVO Motor,RMD-S-40 SERIES! SERVO Motor servo motor with gears X8 RDM!
