Hello, Try to check correct rotation of motors, because internal connection of motor cable with windings (inside of motor) can be soldered in random order. Remember or write down numbler of poles, push AUTO button in "Motor configuration" field: http://ybex.com/d/kaqcmb6br2cy13bxs6zilp1wftwx45jovcr9tja7.html Firmware will determain correct rotation of motors and stop tuning. Check number of poles for each motor after that, and write result to the board.
Also i make Parametric SolidWorks Model of Gimbal frame, this model can be adjust for different Cameras. Like Sony Nex-5 etc.... I want to share Gimbal but i dont make handle model...... Can you share sources of handle model ?
