Upgraded a SBGC 32-bit Extended from 2.68b7 to 2.68b9
No change to SBGC parameters

MAVLINK messages worked with 2.68b7
2.68b9 doesn't even show that any packets were received

Fell back to 2.68b6 (since y'all took down 2.68b7...)
MAVLINK works again...

There's nothing in the changelog about MAVLINK but something definitely got screwed up
