Sensor is not connected

    I have a Gimbal ikan Ec1, when I connected the gimbal in the software sends me "Sensor is not conected" check 12C sensor connection.
    I dont know how to check the sensor connection, is a problem form hardware or software

    sound like your IMU is not connected or not working at all!

    Likely, your problem in one of sliprings.
    dropthehill, you can open a small cover on the camera platform or under it (I can not remember exactly), and you will see Camera IMU: check 5V on red and black wires.
    It's the easiest thing you can do.
    If you doubt your abilities, do not do this. Just contact with your seller for question.
