YAW shaking when tilting down

Hello
My YAW starts shaking uncontrollably when the camera IMU is facing down (it starts at about 70 degrees down). It is not a balancing issue, no follow mode or RC in active.
With two IMU system it should have no problem understanding how to mix axis.
Can you please point me what should I try next.

Is th egimbal working ok on normal position? all axis activated?
That looks like basic setup problem, maybe wrong order of euler angles, maybe something else. save your current setings and redo the hole setup. this might help on that http://www.levitezer.com/blog/files/961caec8b987076efd2f7ec37ca6bea0-27.html -
It does work fine in normal modes.
