General error on my brushless motor after " use default" button

    dear all with respect.

    can somebody help me, after i click " use default " button on my GUI
    my motor turns like crazy, random way
    and my sensor on GUI turning nonstop even the gimbal i hold still

    i try to set again the parameter, 1 in 10 tempt is normal, the 9 is error always

    how can i solve this problm

    Factory defaults are some generic defaults of the controller, they will not work as is with any controller. you need to perform complete basic setup etc. http://www.levitezer.com/blog/files/961caec8b987076efd2f7ec37ca6bea0-27.html

    does anyone has simple instruction with GUI ?
    or is this some kind of a broken product or else?

    You could ask from the gimbal manufacturer. BaseCam provides the board and SW and it is wel documented http://www.basecamelectronics.com/files/v3/SimpleBGC_32bit_manual_2_6x_eng.pdf

    But to make a gimbal work reguires many steps that need to be detaily followed, there is no simple way, unless the manufacturer of the gimbal can provide you working EEPROM file for that gimbal and instruction to take it in the use.

    My advice is always copy the EEPROM and profiles using the GUI before making any changes. That way you can always get it back as it was, but in this case that is too late.

    new update, basically my motor is in normal mode now, but why it still move a little bit, milli per mill every second, and wen turning to the north or west ,south or east they change the position...

    is it my sensor broke?

    If ou did the reset to factory defaults you need to set up the gimbal.

    I did set up the gymbal
    but it wont steady after set the position

    HW failure is possible, but at this point setup problem sounds far much more possible.
