keeps forcing to wrong positions

Basically it seems like it just isn't detecting where it should go, or it's not getting there for some reason...

I calibrated the sensors on a flat surface, and in any case I can see in the meters that it knows they aren't level... any ideas?

You need to balance it. It is totally out of balance. And there is likely other issues too.

ah- I didn't know that it needed to be manually balanced, thought that the motor/cpu would automatically force it the right way.
