As you know, the Tiny version also acts as the Frame IMU. I am building my own frame and was wondering if where is the optimal placement for the board to go. I would normally place it out of the way on top of the YAW motor but is that a good idea in this case?
It should be parallel to the gimbal axis and well installed on solid place. On small gimbals it is easier to install it above yaw, on bigger gimbals installing it below yaw makes the cabling simpler.
I have never used IMU above yaw, always below yaw, but that does not mean anything.
