NEBULA 4000 Firmware upgrade?

    Hello Everybody can someone please help me about how to install the new firmware 2.40b7 on to my recent Nebula 4000 unit which is 2.40b6

    i downloaded the Firmware: SimpleBGC_2_40b7.enc.hex (85Kb 7.03.2014) but when i try to apply it on the unit it just says disconnecting..
